Group booking FAQ
What's the minimum group size?
Most of our group rates kick in at 10 guests. Some experiences (private charters, school buyouts) require higher minimums — we'll let you know upfront when you inquire.
How far in advance should we book?
60 to 90 days is ideal — particularly for peak season (summer for outdoor cruises, November–January for holiday). We'll always do our best for shorter notice; high-season weekends do sell out.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Group rates start at 10 guests. Larger groups (50+, 100+) get progressively better pricing. School and non-profit groups receive additional educator pricing.
Can you handle accessibility needs?
Yes — wheelchair-accessible vehicles, hearing-loop tours, dietary accommodations, and quiet-room sensory breaks are all available with advance notice. Tell us what you need on the inquiry.
What about deposits and cancellation?
Group bookings typically require a 25% deposit to hold your date, refundable up to 30 days before your booking. Final headcount and balance are due 14 days prior.
