Maid of the Mist Walks acts as an intermediary connecting travelers with operators. All bookings are processed through the Bokun booking platform. When you purchase a tour or experience, you enter into a contract with the operator, not with Maid of the Mist Walks directly. We facilitate the booking process and provide customer support, but the operator is responsible for delivering the experience.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated
• Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of booking is final
• Payment is processed securely through our booking partner (Bokun / TripAdvisor)
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled departure. Specific cancellation policies vary by product and are displayed on the booking page before you confirm. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Weather & Operations

Outdoor and marine experiences are weather-dependent. In severe weather we will reschedule your booking at no charge or refund you in full. Operators have final authority on safety calls.

6. Liability Limitations

Attractions4us LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the use of our website or from experiences booked through our platform. Operators carry their own insurance and are responsible for the safety and quality of their services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, and software—is owned by or licensed to Attractions4us LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false booking information or fraudulent payment details
